SHIPPING, RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
TACIT GAMES endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our product/ss and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on product/ss delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product/s is only eligible for return under the following conditions-
A wrong product/s has been dispatched and in the event that a product/s does not match the item selected during order confirmation
If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product/s.
If the product/s is received in a damaged condition.
However, if the product/s is wrongfully delivered (product/s doesn't match the item in the order confirmation) or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we extend options for replacing the product before you opt for a full refund or of your order/s!
We ship every Monday & Thursday. All orders received beyond this are shipped the following shipping day. We only ship through reputed logistics partners with a good delivery record.
We do not process orders on office holidays and Sundays.
During major festivals and seasonal occasions, expect delays of a few days owing to the general congestion in the logistics network. Please place your festival orders well in advance.
We request you to provide your complete address, preferably with a good landmark, and your phone numbers. If you are not sure of your availability at the address specified on the order, please state an alternate address and phone number on the order.
1. Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product/s and applicable only for the following reasons:
a) Damaged product/s
b) Manufacturing defect
c) Incorrect product/s.
The time frame starts from the date the product/s was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. Cancellation can be made only on product/s waiting to be dispatched and not after the product/s have been dispatched.
2. Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged parts and one of the entire product/s) of the product/s for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images on email@example.com from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.
3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product/s in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.
POINTS TO REMEMBER
Product/s must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags (in any), barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc. Product/s should be unused and in the original condition.
